Sandy Rowe, Personal Trainer and Sports Masseuse


Sandy has a diverse background in training at a high level for a variety of sports including triathlon, cycling, running, skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing and climbing. Her qualifications include:

  • outdoor training

  • level 2 snowboarding instructor

As a youth, she was in multiple district and county championship teams including netball, rounders and hockey. Her passion for sport has increased over the years, achieving team GB age group duathlete qualification. She knows what it takes to train at the highest levels, how to come back from injury and how to train to lose weight, gain muscle and feel good about yourself.

She has experience working with both ante and post-natal mums, ensuring that they exercise safely and effectively to achieve their goals. Her knowledge and passion ensures clients are supported and motivated during exercise. As a massage therapist, she understands how the body works, can quickly assess any areas which require strengthening and programmes accordingly. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients achieve the results they want.
